WILL THE EVENT TAKE PLACE IF IT RAINS?
Yes, the show will take place rain or shine. It will be cancelled ONLY in the event of a thunderstorm. We recommend wearing a poncho-type coat to avoid obstructing the view of the people behind you (no umbrellas allowed).
MAY I BRING A FOLDING OR PORTABLE CHAIR?
No. The show is standing room only, the sections are general admission, and there’s no assigned seating. Folding and portable chairs are not allowed on the site. Once you’re here, it’s pretty straightforward: first come, first served, depending on the section you’ve purchased.
MAY I BRING FOOD, WATER OR ALCOHOL ONTO THE SITE?
No. Outside food and alcohol are not allowed. There are several facilities (bars, etc.) on the site. Do, however, feel free to bring your own reusable water bottle, as there are filling stations on the site.
IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes. The show is suitable for audiences of all ages.
WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW START?
7:30 PM. Running time is about 3½ hours (show comes down at about 11 PM). Gates open at 6 PM.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No. Salle Odyssée’s refund policy does not apply to this outdoor show.
IS THERE FREE ON-SITE PARKING?
Yes.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON A WEBSITE OTHER THAN THE SALLE ODYSSÉE WEBSITE?
No. Tickets are sold ONLY through our website, by phone (819-243-2525), or in person at the Salle Odyssée box office (855 Boulevard de la Gappe, Gatineau). Beware of resale sites, and be sure you’re on our site before making a purchase. We are not responsible for purchases made on sites other than the Salle Odyssée website.

ARE THERE TOILETS ON THE SITE?
Yes.
ARE THERE DESIGNATED AREAS FOR PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?
Yes, there are designated areas in each section. Reservations are required, including for accompanying persons. To reserve, call 819-243-2525.
ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED ON THE SITE?
No. No pets are allowed on the site, except service dogs. A certificate may be requested.
ARE SMOKING AND VAPING ALLOWED ON THE SITE?
No.
